All eForm Word Templates, and the files based on them, can be transmitted via email as an attachment. We can even automate the process for you.

How Our Custom Service Works:
First submit a Price Quote Request.
Then, if you already have your document or form, or a sample of it, in paper format, just fax it to us.
If your forms are in PDF format or you have a scanner, you can email them to us.
If your idea only exists in your head, fax or email us:
- all the information you want included on the form template
- describe the purpose of the template, and
- give us any other pertinent information and requirements.
If your document or form requires fill-in fields, please provide us with each of your documents or forms in two versions:
- one blank (no fields filled in)
- one with sample content filled in.
With both versions of your form to refer to, we can ensure that your Custom eForm Word Templates will look and function just like you want them to.
